I used your pineapple recipe for Christmas Eve and my O Holy Night was among my best. The high B flat was like times of old. Unfortunately, the only recording was from a distant iPhone. Next year I'll have to have a microphone closer to my mouth!. Usually, I sing with little or no amplification, but at age 73, its probably time to "cheat" a little.
