I do keep mine in the fridge, but it&#039;s over a year old and is working just fine. Also... my sister told me that the correct pepper is the habanero.(picture here http://www.tradewindsfruit.com/orange_habanero.htm ) Probably because it&#039;s hotter. But she says any pepper is better than no pepper.]]></description>
