Hi Judy. I really enjoyed this article particularly as it relates to me and my back surgery. After my operation, my stamina suffered and I got into bad habits with my posture. Luckily, I’ve learned to compensate in my “ old age” 74, with catch breaths and other tricks of the trade! However, there’s no substitution for a good technique and more physical therapy should get me back in singing shape in a few months. Thanks for another great article!
