Preston’s mother brought him into his first vocal lesson with me when he was 15 years old, preparing for an audition for American Idol. He already had many live performances under his belt with his smoking-hot guitar and his soulful southern-country voice but he wanted to be the best he could possibly be for this potential career moving opportunity. After acing his audition, this teen sensation became the youngest artist at the time to advance to the national TV rounds of both American Idol and The Voice.
Then he surpassed those talent show experiences with milestones in the real music world.
He got his heart broken, started writing songs, played to standing ovations in major venues, and signed a songwriter deal with Warner Chappell Music. He released his first EP “White Trash from Wayback” in 2024, and has a new series of singles that are growing his base of adoring fans. (And yes, Preston, you know they adore you:)
